Are cleaning and taxes included?
Yes a clean on arrival and departure is included and if your stay is for 10 days or longer then a laundry change after 7 days is also included.
Is the house air conditioned?
Yes the house is fully air conditioned and this is supplied
Are bed linen towels supplied?
Hand and bath/shower towels are provided in the price of your stay however these are white so you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
What are the check in /check out times?
On your arrival day access to the property can be gained from 4pm and on departure you will need to vacate the property at approximately 10am to allow our cleaner time to prepare the property for our next guests.
What’s in the kitchen?
There is a fully kitted out kitchen with an oven, halogen hob, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also a good selection of pans and dishes should you be looking to totally self cater
Is there a BBQ?
Yes for those of you who enjoy outside living and dining there is a small BBQ in the rear patio area
Is there a hair dyer?
There are 2 hairdryers and a set of hair straighteners in the property and can normally be found either in the bathroom cupboards or the bedrooms of the house.
Is there an iron and ironing board?
Yes both items should be in the under stairs cupboard should you need them.
Are pets allowed?
No unfortunately we do not allow pets in the property
Can baby furniture be supplied?
Yes a range of items can be supplied from cots to high chairs and these can be pre booked and then paid for on arrival with our local agents
How do I get the keys what to do at the end of your stay?
Keys are located at the entrance to the property and the relevant key codes are supplied once your final balance payment is received.
Where is best for grocery shopping?
There is a small supermarket on Villacana which carries most items you need to get your started. However once you have settled in take a trip to Carefour in Estepona for a much more cost effective way of shopping. A great way to save money buy stocking up on drinks and ice creams for the kids so you are not constantly putting your hand in your pocket.
Can I use all of the pools on Villacana and what times are they open?
As a resident of Villacana you are allowed to use the Main pools and also all of the smaller pools on the complex. The do have hours of use and you can find these details on the signs near the pool.
How long Is the drive from Malaga
From Malaga the drive is approximately 45 minutes using the newest toll road. Toll costs vary depending on the time of year and can be anything from 3 Euros to 8 Euros normally.
Do you allow smoking?
Ashtrays are provided in the property however we do not allowing smoking in the property and these should be used in the rear patio area only.
Is there internet access?
There is a wireless internet network across Villacana which is very quick and easy to sign up to using either a credit/debit card or Paypal.
